Casoncellu is another typical dish of Bergamo.
It is a stuffed pasta typical of eastern Lombardy, but there are many local variants that although slightly different from each other retain some basic features: the common filling consists of meat, grana padano cheese and herbs, while the pasta takes the shape of a half moon.
